Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • Exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis for wrong size received then what ordered, product issues.
  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Requests for exchanges must be made within 48 Hours of delivery.
  • Customers are responsible for any shipping costs associated with exchanges unless otherwise stated.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 Hours of delivery.
  • You must provide proof (such as photos) of the issue.
  • If approved, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
